About Bill Denny

Bill is a Northern Virginia native, born and raised in Arlington, VA. He has lived in Arlington, Fairfax and now lives in Prince William County. He graduated from Yorktown High School in 1980 in Arlington. Bill then attended George Mason University, majoring in engineering. Afterwards, Bill was offered a manager position with Baldino's Safe and Lock in downtown McLean and worked there for over 7 years. He went on to work in Special Security with the Mitre Corporation in McLean for 6 years. Bill then began his first business, Pet Companions, INC in Chantilly Virginia. This was a professional pet care business. The business grew to over 700 clients and 12 employees in just 8 years.

Bill sold the business in 2002 and began his real estate career. He was named Real Estate Agent Rookie of the year for Prince William County in 2003. Bill has been a Long and Foster Top Producer each year since, with total sales volume of well over $85 Million Dollars and being named in the top 5% of all real estate agents nationwide. Bill takes pride in the fact that he is very familiar with every active adult community in Northern Virginia as he has showed many homes and represented purchasers and sellers in most of them.
