About Jeanne Radsick
I am an outgoing, positive person, who practically wills people to understand the process. I try to go through the details so that I can lessen the fears and lack of understanding in the buying and selling process. I continue to actually enjoy my job, especially working with active adult buyers.
I also work with professional escrow officers and lenders in whom I have confidence in their ability to get the job done in a professional and clear manner. My goal is to help guide buyers and sellers to make good decisions that will work for their lifestyle and needs.
I have worked in real estate for over 20 years. I have been an agent, a trainer, a manager and a volunteer for our industry.
I have worked in the resale market for 12 of those 20 years and then spent more than 8 years working on new home sales representing the builder of a 55+ active adult community. In doing the new construction, I learned a great deal about the way that homes are constructed, which in turn has shown me things to look at in the resale market as well.
