About Joe Hayden
Joe Hayden is originally from Wisconsin and a graduate of the UW-Madison. He has been involved in some aspect of housing and real estate for almost 40 years. He has managed housing studies for HUD in Chicago and New Orleans and for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Albuquerque NM. He has been full time Florida and a Venice resident since 1985 and through the mid 90's built 250 custom homes in Sarasota County. He obtained his Florida Brokers license in 1987.
He joined ERA Preferred Properties of Venice, Inc. in 1998 as a full time REALTOR. Over many of the ensuing years he has led his office in listings and sales and in the heydays of 2004 and 2005, he ranked 1st of all agents in the ERA Sarasota/Bradenton/Venice franchise system. He has earned the loyalty of his clients and the respect of his peers through hard work conducted with intelligence, expanding knowledge and professionalism.
His market area and familiarity encompasses Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. Venice has happily been his home for the last 25 years. He understands the active retiree market. His favorite remark is "the longer I've been here, the more everyone is becoming my age".
