About Linda Anderson
Linda is CEO of Coastal Inland Properties Inc., a brokerage serving San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties. Linda is a San Diego County native, born and raised in Oceanside, California. You can readily draw on her extensive knowledge of medical resources, recreational facilities, shopping amenities, and transportation systems.
Linda is an active member of San Diego, Orange and Riverside Board of Realtors. Linda worked with a local Carlsbad firm as a successful Sales agent then moved on to sell as a RE/MAX agent and became Manager of a RE/MAX office. Drawing from her experience with Sales and Office management, she decided to open her own brokerage.
Her niche market is specializing in Active Adult Communities located in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Marcos and Fallbrook.
Linda has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, just one more indicator of her focus on the unique needs of her mature clients and their home preferences. Today those skills are her calling card and the reason why her clients keep coming back. As a result of her personal attention to detail Linda’s clientele consists primarily of referral and repeat business.
