About Mark LeMenager
Originally from Chicago, Mark's career as an insurance underwriter, analyst, and finally, subsidiary President took him to Europe for 18 years. He and his wife spent six years in England (Thames Ditton in Surrey), six years in Holland (Breukelen near Utrecht) and the last six in Warsaw in Poland. They moved back home in July 2005, settling in Celebration (south of Orlando), while they built their "dream home" in Harmony. Mark is actively involved in his community and was elected a Supervisor of the Harmony CDD in the November 2008 general election.
Mark originally got involved in real estate while in Europe, first as a property owner and then in the late 1990’s as an investor in Central Florida. During the past ten years Mark has taught himself real estate from the ground up and has been personally involved in many transactions, including 1031 exchanges, buying off the internet, managing real estate investments, and marketing and selling personal properties. Mark is now heavily focused on helping older adults and Baby Boomers find their "dream home" at one of the many active adult and resort style communities in the south Orlando and Kissimmee area. His area of expertise includes popular communities such as Solivita (where he owns a home), VillageWalk at Lake Nona, Celebration, BellaTrae by Del Webb, Del Webb Orlando and Harmony.
