About Mary Crouse

Mary and her husband John left Iowa in 2005, seeking the Florida lifestyle where they discovered Spring Hill, Florida, and built their “dream home” in the 55 plus community of the Wellington at Seven Hills. They entered the real estate field in 2006, both are members of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors Association, Hernando County Association of Realtors, and Mary is also a member of the West Pasco Association of Realtors. They display strong work ethics, innovation, and professionalism striving to assist others in realizing their personal real estate goals, when buying or selling. They primarily focus their real estate efforts on helping others find and research all of the various 55+ and active adult communities in the region.

Mary retired from the Principal Financial Group where she worked in Secondary Marketing, and also served as a Special Events Coordinator and Executive Board Member of a not-for-profit organization. She joins John in his passion for fishing and bicycling and the role of Grandparent. John is a retired Federal Government employee, where he was an Animal Scientist and Director of several Research Centers; he is an alumnus of Univ. of Kentucky.

Both are active volunteers within the community. John at the Flotilla 158, Hernando Beach Coast Guard Auxiliary where he volunteers to teach many of the boating and navigational classes offered to members and general public, in addition he is a member of the Elks, Hernando County Shrine Club, and St. Andrews Church. Mary is active in various community charities, and St. Andrews Church, has co-chaired the Yasmin Shrine Guild Fashion Show and Luncheon the past few years, the proceeds of which going toward the education of the children in the Tampa Shriners Burn Hospital.

This is a “Golden Year Romance” both have two children from previous marriages, and together have six grandchildren. John and Mary have strong Christian values they bring with them as professionals, volunteers, and family members. When you meet them, you will know that they consider themselves blessed and thankful for the opportunity to serve others as FULL TIME Real Estate professionals. They are a busy couple enjoying the Florida Lifestyle here to assist others to embrace that lifestyle too.
