About Pat Shine

Pat Shine moved from Atlanta, Georgia in 1989 and after years of advertising sales and management for the CBS and ABC affiliates he moved into the real estate world. He has the experience of on-site ocean front condo sales, project management and general brokerage for the Litchfield Company.

The greater Myrtle Beach area which is called the Grand Strand is a 60 mile stretch from Cherry Grove on the north end to Pawleys Island on the south side. Even though the Litchfield Company specializes on the south end Murrells Inlet, Litchfield Beach and Pawleys Island Pat has the on the job training to find your dream property anywhere on the Strand. His concentration is in a 2500 acre community on the south end called Prince Creek and most of his efforts are directed towards a gated 55 plus community called Seasons. As an independent agent, Pat can assist you in the search for both new construction homes and resale homes at Seasons. In addition to his extensive knowledge at Seasons, Pat is also very familiar with other similar projects such as Surfside Beach Club and Meadows of St. Patrick as well as numerous other communities in the greater Myrtle Baech and Murrell's Inlet areas.
