About Toni Randall
Toni has been in the real estate business since 2005, but as she says, “I’ve been buying and selling homes since 1971”. She finally seized the opportunity to turn her passion into a career. She was the top listing and sales agent in her office in 2010 and is consistently in the top 10% at Watson Realty, the largest independent brokerage in Jacksonville. She has been rated a “Five Star Real Estate Profession” for the last four years – less than 5% of agents in the country earn that designation. Toni is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Toni has lived in NY, PA, VA, WV and NC and in Jacksonville since 1999. In 2008, she bought a home in a 55+ active adult community and began marketing exclusively in that community. Today, she lists and sells more property in age-restricted communities than any other general agent and is recognized as the active adult community expert in the greater Jacksonville area.
