Casitas de Castilian was constructed between 1969 and 1974. The community is older than some of the newer, more modern 55+ age-restricted communities in Tucson. Situated near the intersection of River Road and Oracle Road, the community is ideally located near the Tucson Mall and Quail Valley Golf Course.
