Casitas de Castilian is a small 55+ community in Tucson. There are only 120 town homes, limited amenities and little planned social activity. This makes Casitas de Castilian the ideal place for residents who want affordable, low maintenance housing in a quiet, age-restricted community.

Casitas de Castilian was constructed between 1969 and 1974. The community is older than some of the newer, more modern 55+ age-restricted communities in Tucson. What Casitas de Castilian lacks in amenities and brand new homes, it makes up for with a great location and reasonable prices. Situated near the intersection of River Road and Oracle Road, the community is ideally located near the Tucson Mall and Quail Valley Golf Course. Plus, the heart of Tucson and the University of Arizona is just 7 miles away.

Within the community, a small clubhouse, two outdoor pools and a tennis court make for ideal places where residents like to gather and mingle. Plus, mature landscaping and 17 acres of green park space gives the community a friendly and inviting feel.
