Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago is a new construction active adult community 20 miles southeast of Tucson in Vail, AZ. Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago was originally started by K. Hovnanian in 2008 under the name Four Seasons at Rancho Del Lago. After completing the community clubhouse and approximately 35 homes, K. Hovnanian sold the community to Del Webb in July 2009. Del Webb will complete the project with a mixture of Del Webb and K. Hovnanian floor plans.
