North Ridge Estates - Tucson, AZ

North Ridge Estates is an 84-home age-restricted community near the heart of Tucson. The community is ideal for retirees who want a prime urban location near shopping, culture and continuing education. It is 6 miles north of downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona.

North Ridge Estates is situated near the intersection of East River Road and North 1st Avenue. It is in a desirable lower foothills location near the Tucson Mall and La Encantada Shopping Center.

In the community, residential amenities are limited to a small clubhouse, outdoor pool and two shuffleboard courts. Lifestyle activities are organized by the community residents and usually consist of small group activities and neighborhood gatherings.

North Ridge Estates was constructed in the late 1960s and early 1970s. A number of the pre-owned resale homes have been renovated with the latest desirable upgrades. There are several attached townhome floor plans that range in size from 1,345 to 2,031 square feet and include two or three bedrooms.
