Sonora at Rancho Sahuarita is an intimate Del Webb community with 440 homes located between Green Valley and Tucson, AZ. As part of the Rancho Sahuarita master planned community, Sonora residents enjoy the dual benefit of exclusive access to a private age-restricted clubhouse in addition to the amenities in Rancho Sahuarita. Rancho Sahuarita is a mixed generation master planned community with separate age-restricted neighborhoods for active adults.

Buyers can select from homes that range in size from 1,200 to almost 2,100 square feet. Del Webb completed construction of the new homes in 2008 but a variety of pre-owned resale homes are continually available for sale.
