Vistoso Village near Tucson, AZ is a quaint duplex home community adjacent to Sun City Vistoso. Vistoso Village is comprised 263 single-level duplex homes and a community clubhouse. The community is the perfect oasis for active adults who want 55+ living in a smaller, maintenance-free community.

Unlike some of the larger nearby communities, Vistoso Village retains a quiet peacefulness and fewer crowds. For those who seek a fully amenitized and very active lifestyle, Vistoso Village might not be the answer. However, the residents of Vistoso Village relish the unique intimacy found here that is more elusive in the larger communities dotting the area north of Tucson.

Vistoso Village is located in Oro Valley, which is 20 minutes north of Tucson. It is immediately adjacent to the much larger Sun City Vistoso. Although the communities are next to each other, they are completely independent and Vistoso Village maintains its own clubhouse and association.

At Vistoso Village, residents have access to a clubhouse featuring a fitness center, two outdoor pools and spa, library, billiards and multi-purpose hobby and game room. Plus, a variety of clubs, activities and events make for a vibrant and active lifestyle.

There are five floor plans to choose from at Vistoso Village. The community sold out of new construction in 2003 but there are a variety of resale homes available. All homes feature 2-3 bedrooms and 2-car garages. Prices are very reasonable compared to other communities in the area. Depending on market conditions, a variety of homes with varying degrees of options are available including granite countertops, tile floors, fireplaces and magnificent views of the Catalina Mountains.
