		<description>I just read an article on another blog that mentioned that baby boomers are looking to retire in rural communities, and that they&#039;re moving out west and down south primarily.  I wonder why they&#039;d rather retire in rural communities than cities?  Cities have way more attractions and amenities.  Thoughts?</description>
