Solera at Johnson Ranch was developed by Del Webb between 2004 and 2008 with 727 single-family homes. The age-restricted community is set within the larger Johnson Ranch development. Residents can enjoy indoor and outdoor amenities in Solera’s exclusive clubhouse, as well as the diverse recreation in Johnson Ranch.

Residences at Solera at Johnson Ranch

Single-family homes in Solera at Johnson Ranch were built by Del Webb between 2004 and 2008. Today the community includes 727 homes, now available on a resale basis. These single-level homes were specifically designed to provide low-maintenance living for active adults aged 55 or better. They offer open floor plans and master bedroom suites with spa-like bathrooms and large walk-in closets.

Homes were originally built in four models, ranging in size from 1,398 to 1,905 square feet. They include two bedrooms, two bathrooms and attached two-car garages. All but the smallest model have separate dens, while the largest design also has a two-and-a-half-car garage. During construction, options featured many popular upgrades, such as Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hard surface flooring.

Amenities

The 10,000 square-foot Solera clubhouse offers plenty of space for residents to gather with friends and meet their neighbors. The cozy lounge and library offers an inviting fireside conversation area. The billiards and card rooms provide space for friendly competition, while the catering kitchen and ballroom are perfect for parties and community events.

Beyond Solera, Johnson Ranch offers even more amenities, including the 18-hole Johnson Ranch Golf Course, three recreation centers, on-site dining, and a rejuvenating spa. Johnson Ranch’s beautiful grounds also offer a variety of outdoor recreations, such as softball and baseball fields, soccer fields, a basketball court, a fishing pond, and a playground that is perfect for visiting grandchildren.
