In 2004, the non-age restricted community of Prescott Lakes sprouted up near the charming historic town of Prescott, Arizona. The community enhanced the area by developing a garden-like setting and lush golf course. Residents enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding pink Granite Dells and many small lakes. SunCor constructed Prescott Lakes as two adjacent neighborhoods, consisting of the non-gated Lakeside neighborhood and the gated Brookside neighborhood. Upon completion the community will include 396 homes.

Del Webb began building the 16,900 homes of the active adult community Sun City West in 1978 and completed the project in 1997. Located 2 ½ miles from the first 55+ community in the nation, Sun City, and 20 miles from downtown Phoenix, the fifth largest city in the United States, Sun City West features single family homes that range in size from 920 square feet to over 3,500 square feet. Attached homes include a variety of ranch-styles ranging from 744 to 1,996 square feet.
