Located 2 ½ miles from the first 55+ community in the nation, Sun City, and 20 miles from downtown Phoenix, the fifth largest city in the United States, Sun City West features single family homes that range in size from 920 square feet to over 3,500 square feet. Attached homes include a variety of ranch-styles ranging from 744 to 1,996 square feet.
