Heritage Park by US Homes in the North Natomas area in California is a medium sized, age-restricted active adult community located five miles north of downtown Sacramento. Heritage Park Amenities

At the heart of Heritage Park in Sacramento is a 25,000 square feet clubhouse. The business center located within allows people to stay connected. Heritage Park in Sacramento offers a large variety of floor plans with low maintenance landscaping in single family and duplex style homes and low association fees. Most homes are one story, but there are some two-story houses available. Homes for sale range from a cozy 1,087 to a spacious 3,200 square feet and have one, two, or three bedrooms.
