Sun City Shadow Hills is Del Webb’s second, and newest, active adult community in the Coachella Valley. It is located in Indio, CA two miles east of Sun City Palm Desert. Shadow Hills is favored by buyers who want the latest desirable amenities and highly upgraded – yet inexpensive – new construction homes.
