I was visiting this great community today and talked with the clubhouse manager. The community is beautiful with great clubhouse that includes a full kitchen, very large entertainment room, library, exercise room, large movie television, and game room. Outside there is a large pool, tennis courts, and outdoor lawn games. Eventhough this community is 13 years old it still maintains great professional landscaping with seasonal flowers everywhere. This community has a great location right off 301 and only minutes from the local restaurants and entertainment. If you are looking for a great active community that is established this is the community for you.
Springmill in Middletown is an active adult community comprised of 362 beautiful single-family homes in tax-friendly Delaware. The amenities at Springmill include a tastefully designed clubhouse and a full-time activities director.
