The Frenchman's Reserve by Toll Brothers is a private country club community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. All of the luxurious homes feature at least 3,400 square feet and no less than three bedrooms. While this exclusive community of new and resale homes targets the most discriminating buyer, it still offers a relaxed atmosphere with welcoming neighbors.
Frenchman's Reserve is not age-restricted and anyone can live in this luxurious community but the amenities appeal to today's active adults and retirees who want the best of everything. These amenities include an elaborate clubhouse, a state-of-the-art spa facility, and the highlight of Frenchman's Reserve: a championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer.
Frenchman's Reserve Amenities
The aptly named Grande Clubhouse is designed with soaring ceilings and expansive windows overlooking the lush golf course. This par 72, 18-hole golf course is 6,850 yards long and was built in 2002. The clubhouse offers a world-class lineup of amenities and includes a board room, library, television and card rooms, and a golf pro shop.
There are also two restaurants, one for casual dining and one for formal dining. Residents have use of an elaborate fitness center called The Spa. It provides a welcoming and comforting atmosphere that makes staying fit and healthy a pleasant experience. The Spa includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, nine lighted tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, locker rooms, and an outdoor pool and spa. Frenchman's Reserve Homes & Real Estate
Toll Brothers offers three collections of single-family homes at Frenchman's Reserve with three to five bedrooms and up six-and-a-half baths. The Heritage Collection has seven models that offer golf and/or lake views. These are the most affordable residences in Frenchman's Reserve and they sit on 65' x 104' home sites and offer between 3,400 and 4,500 square feet of living space. Features include spacious living and family rooms, ceramic tile, and pool packages with brick paver pool decks.
The Signature Collection is available in six elegant floor plans. These estate homes have between 3,700 and 5,400 square feet of air-conditioned space and sit on 80' x 140' home sites. Pool and spa packages, intricate architectural details, luxurious master suites, and designer finishes throughout make these homes very desirable.
The Aristocrat Collection is the most opulent of all. This collection is comprised of 17 models that are located on 100' x 140' home sites within the L'Hermitage enclave. In addition to Toll Brothers, buyers in this series can also choose custom homes built by Bloomfield Construction or Tuscan-Harvey Estate Homes. Homes in this collection feature libraries, club and billiard rooms, state-of-the-art home theaters, and expansive outdoor kitchens. Square footage of these one-of-a-kind residences ranges from 4,500 to 7,610. Resale inventory is also available with none of the homes at Frenchman's Reserve older than 2001. Upon completion, this community will house 392 residences.
