Construction of the Heritage Hills master planned active adult community started in 2009 by Lennar and at completion around 1,150 single family homes will make up the community. Home sites are available in 50’or 60’ lots - depending on the size of the house. There are two collections to choose from with a total of nine floor plans: the Congressional Collection and the Presidential Collection.

The Congressional Collection offers two or three bedrooms, two baths, and ranges in sizes from 1,515 to 1,866 square feet. The Presidential Collection offers three or four bedrooms, between two and three bathrooms, and ranges in sizes from 1,861 to 2,433 square feet. There are options available, such as granite counter tops and three car garages. Heritage Hills association fees include lawn maintenance, repainting of home every six years, use of the amenities, and guard gated security.
