There are a total of 501 Mediterranean-style homes, which were built between 1996 and 1999, divided among three neighborhoods. The manor homes have two bath rooms and two-car garages and feature screened patios, dens, open floor plans with high ceilings, and barrel roofs.

The second section at The Grove is called Grove Estates. These models, while offering more living space (between 1,860 and 2,343 square feet), are still an affordable option. Some of these estate homes have pools and guest houses. The third section consists of attached first and second floor condos and is called Grove Village. The first floor condos have 1,508 air conditioned square feet and feature one-car garages. The second floor condos come with private elevators inside and have two bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet of living space. All condos have one-car garages. The maintenance fees at The Grove include cable, garbage removal, common area maintenance, roof, and insurance.
