Villas at Venetian Falls come in two varieties: paired (two attached homes) and garden (four attached homes). Villas include many of the same features as the single-family homes, but have a shared wall on one or either side. The single-story, paired villas range in size from 1,668 to 2,105 square feet and include an extended 8-foot privacy wall beside the covered lanai. Garden villas, arranged in a row of four single-story homes, are available in two- or three-bedroom designs and range in size from 1,448 to 1,602 square feet.
