Location: Grand Haven is located near the intersection of Renwick Road & Weber Road, which is 37 miles from downtown Chicago. Residents can access I-55 by going north on Weber Road for 5 miles. In addition, popular destinations like Naperville are only 15 miles away. Nearby, Weber Road offers ample shopping opportunities such as grocery stores, banks and a Super Target. Residents are also just 7 miles from Joliet where they can visit casinos, Chicagoland Speedway or the Rialto Square Theatre.

Amenities & Social Activities: The approximately 15,000 square foot clubhouse in Grand Haven offers an indoor & outdoor pool, fitness center, billiard room, ceramics room and ballroom. Outside of the clubhouse residents can enjoy tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, and walking trails. The level of amenities in Grand Haven is less than the Carillon community in Plainfield but nearly comparable with the Carillon Lakes community across the street. The ranch townhomes were built by Lakewood Homes and the single-family homes were built by Del Webb. Homes for sale in Grand Haven are comparably priced to the Carillon Lakes homes across the street but slightly more expensive than Carillon in Plainfield.
