Woodfield Mall and Schaumburg are 11 miles from the community to the east and downtown Elgin and the Grand Victoria Casino are 4 miles west. Near the community, residents can do their grocery shopping at the Jewel a mile away in Elgin, or along Route 59 at places like Target 4 miles east.
