Haverford Place in Hoffman Estates has a small 4,000 square foot clubhouse offering an outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting room and small ballroom. Outside of the clubhouse, residents enjoy two tennis courts and a walking trail that winds through a small preserved forest area. There is not an activities director but resident volunteers plan an exciting lineup of neighborhood gatherings, parties and social activities. Haverford Place is a great community for people who want a nice ranch home in a quieter, age-restricted community.

There are ten different floor plans offered in Haverford Place. Homes for sale in Haverford Place are available as pre-owned resale homes and all new construction units have been sold. Prices are typically more expensive compared to other age-restricted communities, but justifiable based on the location of the community. All homes include basements and brick fronts and many offer front porches.

Area

Haverford Place is located one mile west of Beverly Road on Shoe Factory Road, which is just south of the Northwest Tollway. From Chicago, Haverford Place is 37 miles up the Northwest Tollway to the Beverly Road exit and then one mile to the community. Woodfield Mall and Schaumburg are 11 miles from the community to the east and downtown Elgin and the Grand Victoria Casino are 4 miles west. Near the community, residents can do their grocery shopping at the Jewel a mile away in Elgin, or along Route 59 at places like Target 4 miles east.
