Here homeowners can workout in the fitness center, meet for cards or billiards in the game room, or relax by the fireplace in the clubhouse lounge.

They are: Burnham (2,037 to 2,275 square feet), Captiva (2,214 to 2,406 square feet), Inverness (1,883 to 2,130 square feet), Nassau (1,935 to 2,139 square feet), Sanibel (2,356 to 2,569 square feet), and St. Thomas (1,965 to 2,091 square feet).
The popular Captiva, Nassau and Inverness models feature open floor plans, while many single family models have third bedrooms on the main level, which can be used as a library or den. Some models were also built with optional lofts. All of these luxurious homes include dramatic ten-foot ceilings on the first floor and six-foot tall windows, which let in plenty of light. There are also gourmet kitchens with breakfast bars and master bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets.
Four Seasons at Historic Cranbury also offers Carriage Homes, attached at the garage. These homes are available in two models. At 1,491 square feet, the Drake is the smaller of the two, yet it provides a spacious master bedroom suite and a beautiful great room. The Williams is a 2,176 square foot two-story model which features an inviting wrap around porch, a large master suite, a den or bedroom on the main floor, and open living with a combination dining room and great room.

Within the community, at least one resident in every household must be over the age of 55 but the other residents only need to be 19 or older. Many homeowners appreciate this flexibility, which allows adults of any age to live in their homes.
