Moved here six months ago and love this development. Lovey friendly residents. Gives you the feel of an old fashioned neighborhood.

We moved her one year ago from Madison NJ and found it delightful. As real small town development. We have a little town hall where we all meet at social events, a pool, work out room and lots of planned trips for who ever wants to join along. The day we moved in we had at lease 10 people stop and say hello. A really nice little town hidden away from the rest of the area. So glad we didn't buy in the monster big mega resort retirement commutes that have sprung up in South Jersey. Quit, friendly and close to everything. We love it.

We have been looking for a nice quite retirement home in south Jersey for a year now and looked at Heritage Bay. It is a smaller community witch we wanter and rented a home in there for a month from some friends who live there. It is just what we wanted, quite, friendly the club house is small enough to remain the towns center but big enough to handle a good size party. People mind there own biz and the place is always manicured. The pool is just the right size, not to big and not to small. If your looking for a friendly small town felling coumity this is the place. If your looking for a big clubhouse where it has 100% of your social activity planned this is not. Love the place, we looked at them all. Just waiting for the model we want to come on the market and we are buying. Have tried many places and we found this place perfect for what we want. HOA fees are reasonable

We moved here in November 2018. We love this small community. We are looking forward to getting to know more residents as time goes by.
