The Falls at Eagle Crest is the active adult neighborhood in the master-planned community of The Ridge at Eagle Crest in Redmond, Oregon. The Ridge at Eagle Crest is the western part of Eagle Crest Resort, - a large residential, golf, and destination resort near Bend. The Falls at Eagle Crest is located five miles west of Redmond in central Oregon.

Residents of The Falls at Eagle Crest get to enjoy a four-season climate with 300 days of sunshine due to its location close to the Cascade Range on the High Desert. The area is rural, but many dining, shopping, and cultural attractions are only a few minutes drive away. The Falls at Eagle Crest also offers its own amenities, and residents of The Falls have access to additional areas - including three golf courses - that Eagle Crest provides.

The Falls at Eagle Crest has a private 6,000 square-foot, lodge-style clubhouse, sized just right for this intimate community. A fitness center with weights and machines allows residents to stay in shape. Game, class, and craft rooms host multiple club events. At the business and computer center, residents at The Falls can stay connected and informed. A dramatic great room with kitchen and patio is the social gathering place for The Falls at Eagle Crest residents. Outdoors, a swimming pool, luxurious spa, and tennis court round out the amenities.

In addition to The Falls clubhouse, residents can also use any of the three sports centers within Eagle Crest: the Resort Center, the Ridge Center, and the Lakeside Center. Each center offers a complete weight and exercise room, a pool and hot tubs. There are tennis courts adjacent to the Resort and Lakeside centers. The Resort and Ridge centers also have massage services available, and the Resort Center has a beauty shop.

Eagle Crest also offers two championship golf courses - the Ridge and Resort courses - and a tough, 18-hole par-63 Challenge course. There is also an 18-hole putting course. Construction of The Falls at Eagle Crest started in 2005. At completion 213 detached single-family homes will make up this 55 and over community. Residences are available new from C Corp Homes or on a resale basis. All homes at The Falls at Eagle Crest are casual luxury single-level detached residences. Sizes range from 1,524 to 2,681 square feet. Buyers can choose from eight distinctive home styles. Some homes have premium lots with three car garages and golf course or mountain views. Association dues are reasonable and include use of any of the sports centers within Eagle Crest, as well as the beauty shop located in the Resort Center.

Since The Falls at Eagle Crest is a small community, everyone still knows everyone. Residents are friendly with each other and quite active.
