The Enclave at Westpointe Village continues the tradition of Jimmy Jacob's award-winning selection of customizable active adult homes on minimum-maintenance home sites. New buyers will be able to fully customize comfortably sized homes and choose from seven unique models. The first sites were developed in 2011, and this neighborhood will remain intimate with only 132 homes scheduled for completion.
This uniquely designed community features spacious home sites and half the density of other neighborhoods with similar size homes. Since The Enclave at Westpointe Village in New Braunfels is a new community, the clubhouse is still in the development stages. These facilities will expand, along with the neighborhood, to encompass 3,489 square feet and function as a lively activity center. The clubhouse plans include a workout facility, catering kitchen, ballroom, hobby room, office, and an outdoor recreational swimming pool.
The Enclave at Westpointe Village Homes & Real Estate
Home sites range in size from 50 to 60 feet and are pie shaped, either narrow in the back and wider in the front or the other way around. Jimmy Jacobs offers seven existing plans from 1,714 to 2,621 square feet. New home buyers can also design their own custom plan. Even the smallest model has a den option in addition to its two bedrooms, two baths, and 2.5-car garage. All other layouts have at least two bedrooms, two baths, and two-car garages. All but one model offer additional dens, but the one that does not has a three-car garage instead.
The quality exteriors feature stucco, stone, and exposed rafter tails with composition shingles. Homes at The Enclave at Westpointe Village have covered front porches and rear patios. Garages contain insulated metal doors with Cedar overlay.
With ten-foot ceilings and eight-foot doors, the spacious interiors have an airy feel. Foyers, entries, kitchens, dining rooms, studies, and master bedrooms feature crown molding. The kitchens are also equipped with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and custom cabinets. Flooring includes tile in foyers, bathrooms, utility rooms, and breakfast areas. All other rooms have carpet.

Popular destinations in New Braunfels include the Bandit Golf Club, Dry Comal Creek Vineyards, Canyon Lake, and Landa Falls wildlife area.
