Heritage Oaks is an exclusive, yet friendly active adult community located in Georgetown, Texas. Homes in this small 55 and over resort style community sit on beautiful, intimate wooded lots and are custom built by Jimmy Jacobs. Heritage Oaks Amenities

All residents at Heritage Oaks have access to a state-of-the-art amenities center. Residents can exercise in style at the 24-hour fitness club complete with weight machines and cardio equipment, while listening to music or watching TV. A grand ballroom provides ample space for social events and is also available for rent. Hobby and billiard rooms are on hand for all to enjoy. The library is the perfect space for some rest and relaxation over a favorite book. There is even a commercial kitchen with a wrap around porch and barbecue area for club get-togethers and dining with friends and neighbors.

Heritage Oaks Homes & Real Estate

Construction at Heritage Oaks started in 2004 and at completion is scheduled to have a total of 398 homes. All homes are single-family style and range in sizes from 1,427 to 2,568 square feet. Houses are available on a resale basis, or potential residents can design their own custom dream home. Buyers at Heritage Oaks can choose from ten different floor plans. New home buyers also have the option of using established sketches as a basis.

Prices start in the moderate range, but depend on the options. Some of the signature features include all-sides masonry, mahogany entry doors, aluminum double pane windows, two-car front entry garage, granite kitchen countertops with ceramic back splashes, cultured marble countertops and back splashes in bathrooms, as well as desirable Jenn-Air appliances and automatic sprinkler systems to combat Texas weather.
