Set in Warrenton, in the heart of horse country, Four Seasons at Vint Hill enjoys close proximity to both the urban attractions of Washington D.C. and the rural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Convenient access to common commuting routes makes it easy to travel throughout the surrounding areas or link up to major highways for long-distance travel.

Four Seasons at Vint Hill Amenities

Four Seasons at Vint Hill provides a campus-like setting on Vint Hill Farms, a former Army post. The community amenities are found within Vint Hill Farms, but not specifically within the Four Seasons housing development. As such, the fitness center, dance and aerobics studio and other facilities are maintained by the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department. In addition to these amenities, Vint Hill Farm Park offers picnic areas, grills, hiking trails, horseshoe pits and multiple sports courts. The recreational attractions at Vint Hill Farm Park are open to the public as well as to residents of the Four Seasons community for a monthly fee.

The Vint Hill Farms campus offers other amenities as well, including a swimming pool, post office and movie theater. A production theatre offers live shows several times a year. Housed in the former Officer's Club, the Inn at Vint Hill is now used for catering and special events.

The 100 single-family homes found within Four Seasons at Vint Hill were developed by K. Hovnanian and range in size from 1,820 to 3,400 square feet. Designed for main level living, these lovely homes boast desirable features such as designer kitchens and luxurious master bedroom suites.

Four Seasons at Vint Hill's single-family homes were constructed between 2004 and 2006. Each home was built with an unfinished basement, however some basements have since been finished by the original, or subsequent, owners. These low-maintenance homes are set on large, landscaped lots and some include an optional sunroom extension.

Residents of Four Seasons at Vint Hill can enjoy living in a gated, age-restricted community with low-maintenance homes set on large, landscaped lots. This small, private community is ideal for active adults who want a tranquil setting without all of the recreations, and added expenses, found at a resort-style development. Membership fees to Vint Hill Farms recreation centers are not included in the homeowners association dues, which saves money for those who are not interested in using the facilities. However, those who do want to make use of the amenities will enjoy having the recreation center and park so close at hand.

Four Seasons at Vint Hill is located in the picturesque horse country of Faquier County, approximately 45 minutes southwest of Washington D.C. This charming, semi-rural area enjoys beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, while still being within close proximity of local shopping, dining, cultural attractions and recreational activities.

Residents of Four Seasons at Vint Hill can either travel into Washington D.C. for urban entertainment, or head west into the beauty of rural Virginia. One of the four entrances to Skyline Drive lies just one hour west of the community. As part of Shenendoah National Park, this 105 mile scenic highway stretches north and south along the crest of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Closer to home, Warrenton offers its own quaint restaurants, shops and antique stores.
