This is to recommend our real estate agent, Barbara Lynch. Barbara listed and sold our home in Clover Springs by Del Webb. Because of her previous experience working for Del Webb Corporation and her many years of experience in the real estate business, she has skills and abilities that far surpass most agents working in the field today.

I have made a career in financial services, including many years in title insurance and escrow work and have very particular needs as far as how a transaction should be handled. It is not every agent who could meet this need.

We had a real problem pricing our home because none of our particular model had ever re-sold in the subdivision. Other agents in the community responded to that need by suggesting underpricing. Barbara's solution was just the opposite and that involved a lot more work on her part, and she was happy to do it for us!
