Betty Fernandez is a great realtor with years of experience. Although the home buying process is complicated, she simplified it for us. My husband John and I, highly recommend Betty to be your realtor and a wonderful real estate advocate for you. Being an advocate was important to us because, we did not live in the area where we wanted to purchase a home. We needed someone who could be our ¨boots on the ground" advisor. Betty´s extensive experience in the real estate industry provided us that important insight we were looking for in a realtor. With Betty as our advocate she was able to navigate us through the buying process, in the current crazy real estate market that is no small accomplishment, with a successful outcome. Are you looking to find a terrific real estate agent? If so, I can whole heartedly recommend “my” agent, Betty Fernandez.
First of all, Betty is a very pleasant person. And doesn’t that just make about anything in life go a little bit smoother, a little bit nicer?
But this is business, and here, too, Betty shines. Betty knows the market and the local communities. I had previously done a lot of on-line research, and was fairly certain where I wanted to wind up. I appreciated that she pointed out similar nearby properties to consider. Ultimately, I stuck with my original plan, but was glad to have seen the attractive alternatives.
As we were looking at homes and eventually negotiating a purchase, I always felt that Betty had my best interest at heart. I never felt pressured- never felt that Betty was only interested in a quick sale.
Betty was instrumental in successfully negotiating the final purchase. She was totally at ease with the general rules for the 55+ community I chose. She worked to ensure the property was brought back into compliance with community regulations.
Betty is very focused on her clients. Through telephone, text messages, email and in-person meetings I was always kept fully informed of where things stood. All of my questions received timely responses (her work day doesn’t end at 5:00 - not even close)
Betty has developed an extensive network of recommended tradesmen. As a professional courtesy, a plumber stopped by the property to resolve a plumbing issue noted in the home inspection. This was a huge help as the previous owner had passed away and the cause/origin of some water damage was unexplained. After her plumber inspected the property, all concerns were laid to rest. I will be contacting Betty for several more referrals.
Well, I could go on and on, but I think the reader will sense that I’m a big fan of Ms. Fernandez. I really don’t think you can go wrong in choosing to work with Betty.
