We were looking for an over 55 community. Erica took time and patience and showed us homes that suited our needs. She also educated us and helped us refine what we were actually looking for. She has the rare quality of listening to her clients and then matching what their needs are.

Erica and her assistant Danny work together as an amazing team. They answer every phone call and text immediately. We sold our house and now going through the process of purchasing another home. Truly they work tirelessly to get the job done. Erica and Danny we absolutely appreciate you!

They handled two properties for us .... they always called to let us know all comments after each open house. No matter what we asked for they couldn’t be more helpful! We needed a few things fixed, they had maintenance people there within no time and fair pricing! Advised us on several movers that we interviewed - all good! The care and understanding were important to us as we loved our home, but it was time to downsize... we can’t say enough about this company.... they are professional, accommodating and they get the house SOLD! A MUST! You won’t be disappointed!
