I was looking for a new home in a 55+ community only and I came upon Dawn Marston who replied to my many questions right away through the 55places.com. She always returned my emails and text messages no matter what time or day it is.
I live in Nova Scotia Canada but I retired from the U.S Navy so that is why I am moving back to the U.S to get better medical care but I chose Maine because it is a wonderful state and similar to Canada.
Dawn who works for Re/Max Shoreline in Portland Maine has been a huge help from the beginning and my journey is not over because I close soon on my new home. Not being able to be there in person to see the home myself, Dawn has done all the work for me and recorded what I needed to see like if I was there in person and did all the researches.
Dawn has all the great attributes of an excellent real estate agent and was lucky to have found her, she is a real treasure! She is very nice, friendly, and helpful which is a plus and feel very comfortable talking to her.

We had the good fortune of finding Dawn through 55places.com when we decided to search for a Southern Maine home. We live in California and worked with Dawn from afar to find a place that worked for ourselves long-term AND for my mother for now through the long term.
