For two years(!) Dewayne worked with us to sort out what we really wanted, helping us to sharpen our focus, reviewing over 300 pieces of property, at first houses and then land. And then, on at least two dozen occasions he generously drove us all over almost every inch of two counties, walking many properties, giving us his unvarnished opinion. Dewayne is a very warm, honest individual; very intelligent in general and with real estate in particular. He seems to know every nook, cranny and dirt road in Union county; plus he's familiar with bankers, builders, water, electric, site preparation, and a range of information necessary for buying property. Eventually, thanks to Dewayne's patience, we found our dream site, and Dewayne was particularly helpful in negotiating what we felt was a good price. Dewayne is a great communicator and listener and worked hard for us. We really appreciate him and hope, as we settle into Union County, to remain friends with him in the future
