My husband and I were so very fortunate to have Ron Berning as our realtor. Ron is absolutely the best realtor we could of asked for, as we lived out of state and weren’t familiar with the different communities near Boise Idaho. Ron’s knowledge, patience and professionalism surpassed anything we’ve experienced before.
Ron emailed photos, information of our home as it was being built, giving us peace of mind that we had someone representing our expectations and needs.

Ron was instrumental in reducing the stress of moving out of state and into a house that had not yet been built. Initially he was able to show me several options in the type of community I was looking for when another realtor had told me there was little available. Because I was living out of state, I was unable to personally review the different design plans (flooring, colors, tile, etc.). Ron arranged for the details of the three plans to be emailed to me so I could make an informed decision and then advocated for me with the builder's design center for the changes I wanted. While the house was being built he regularly sent me pictures of the inside and outside to keep me up-to-date on the progress. Ron is the type of realtor who listens to his client, respects their opinions and preferences, and goes the extra mile to meet the client's wishes and needs.

Ron Berning was our realtor. We recently moved from the Chicago area to Boise, ID to help our daughter. She is a single mother of two boys and is having serious health issues. Our daughter is the one who gave us the contact for Ron Berning over a year ago. We had some health issues of our own as well as house damage back in Illinois. Ron had contacted us early on and stayed with us via e-mail during all of our problems. We finally were able to sell our house last September but unable to get out here until the end of March.
Ron is very conscientious and patient. With all the problems we had, he never gave up on us and we were finally able to connect with him once we arrived here in Boise, ID. Our hunt for a new home began and Ron had many houses for us to see. He was very patient while we sifted through many of them.
Without Ron's help we would still be homeless and we would recommend him to anyone needed a terrific real estate agent.
