In 2022, we were looking to move to a 55+ community in a drier climate, but still in the Pacific NW where we had lived for 18 years. Through an online search, we connected with Gloria DiSanto and have forever felt we could not have been luckier! Not only does Gloria have a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in the Oregon high desert, she spent a number of years successfully helping buyers and sellers in the Seattle WA real estate market. So her range of expertise is quite extensive. Buying into a planned community was a new experience for us with a number of issues to navigate that are not quite the same as a single family home purchase in a standard subdivision. We are not sure we could have easily managed these details on our own, but Gloria was invaluable as our advocate in negotiations with the builder of the community. She is always professional in her interactions with other professionals in the field and with clients. Plus she is just darned fun to be around with a positive outlook on everything! We do feel a somewhat complex process was made much easier to manage with Gloria's guidance. We are now happily settled in the community we chose, and cannot say how much we owe to Gloria for this outcome. We enthusiastically recommend her without reservation; and we were always glad to have her our side!

Fabulous - thorough, attentive and timely
Gloria dug through a confusing listing, clearing up the details so I was comfortable making an offer. She worked with the listing agent to negotiate the deal prior to presenting an offer, which made the process easier and faster. She provided me the confidence and support I wanted throughout the entire purchase process. When it was time to sell my previous home, Gloria met with me to identify what improvements would add value and to fill out the home listing description. She presented a clear listing which resulted in a purchase price above asking, and helped the buyer and I close within two weeks.
