My home-buying experience with the help of Jackie and Michael Gerry, was effortless and successful. The extra time and care they offered, assured me of a smooth and stressless transaction. Over the years, I had worked with several Real Estate Agents throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, and being assisted by Michael and Jackie was the best, so much so, that I now consider them part of my circle of true friends. Their combined knowledge of the housing market, not only in Contra Costa County, but throughout Northern California, is outstanding. have used four real estate agents in my life. There is no question but that Michael and Jackie Gerry are the absolute best!
Selling my home in Orinda got forestalled until I changed realtors and found these two. They are a very dynamic, "let's get it done" team, while at the same time respecting the wishes of the homeowner. I never once felt pressured but they were always there with great resources and recommendations. Once they came on board, I felt great relief and things finally began to move.
When my home was finally ready to put on the market, they discussed every detail with me. The house went on the MLS on a Friday night, Sunday they held an Open House, Tuesday a Broker's Tour and by Thursday we had a signed all-cash offer over asking.
Michael and Jackie pulled everything together. I will be forever grateful to them and YEAH!!!!!
