Jenn Swartz

Jenn Swartz is originally from Ohio, moving to Southwest Florida in her early twenties. She loved Ohio, but Florida stole her heart in more ways than one. She met her husband there and started her family. Jenn has lived in Florida for over 10 years and has thoroughly enjoyed her real estate career. In her free time, she enjoys doing community outreach through her local church, watching college football, and spending time with her family. Jenn’s favorite part of being a Realtor is seeing her client’s eyes light up as they walk into what will be their new home and knowing that she was allowed the pleasure of being a small part of their happiness.

She is always striving to learn about new and upcoming communities in the area to ensure she stays knowledgeable in the ever-growing Southwest Florida market. Jenn currently services communities in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
