It took a full year for me to find a property I inally settle on Jessica was terrific, start to finish! She was patient with my many questions, kind, responsive, and most importantly absolutely trustworthy. She would find an answer to any question I had that she didn't know. I highly recommend Jessica for anyone interested in buying or selling a property!

Because of the Pandemic and the continuing crazy state of the Real Estate Industry, it took roughly one and a half years to finally get a contract on an acceptable home. Throughout this time, Jessica hung in with us. Her dedication is obvious. I recommend her highly to anyone needing a diligent agent in Connecticut.

Jessica was wonderful to work with. I am from out of state, and had to sell a family member’s condo in Simsbury. Jessica took over every single task, large and small, including providing contacts for and navigating the process of hiring a lawyer, a handy man, having furniture removed, and overseeing the house cleaning and staging. She is extremely professional and organized, and I never had to worry once about any details because she confidently took care of them all. She’s very friendly, quick to respond, and has a fun sense of humor. I relied on her experience, and she got the condo sold swiftly and hassle-free in a tough market. I am so thankful for her help, and highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable transaction.
