John Fiedor

John Fiedor is originally from New Hope, Pa. He is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and continued to their College program. He then worked in the mortgage industry, assisting families with the Home Affordable Care Act, also known as HARP. It was a very rewarding experience. He decided to make a career change and took on a position at Park City Mountain Resort joining Ski Patrol Search and Rescue, also including Avalanche SAR. He had been skiing since he was 5 years old and always wanted to move out West and knew he had a short window of opportunity to fulfill this dream. After 10 years of mountain life, he decided to move to Naples and join the family business in Real Estate at John R Wood Properties. His parents, Roc Fiedor and Murph Leonard have been helping families find their dream homes since 1987 in Pennsylvania and New Jersey at the beaches of Ocean City. The lifestyle of Naples in SWF is a true paradise and he looks forward to adding value to the team, bringing on a fresh perspective in technology and excitement working with Homebuyers and Sellers.
