Jon has been outstanding from day one. The closing date on my new home was delayed and then stalled due to Chase mortgage. They did not seem to know anything about insurance in Virginia.
Jon continued to press them to make a decision, and kept me up to date on progress, or lack of progress on my application. When I finally decided to withdraw the application, he was able to give me the name of another lender. The rest was smooth sailing. I sure hope he will be around if I ever decide to buy another home.
