My wife and I are in the process of moving from IL to AL. We are military retirees. She was very courteous and professional. She listened to our housing preferences and proactively helped us find the right home. She had the intuition to make the calls that put us in the position to buy when we were ready. We would have have missed an opportunity to buy a desirable home if it wasn’t for her. Carol and I came to see Joy as a friend. Hopefully, that friendship may continue after we move to AL.
