Great service, he was very positive and gave us the best advice!! We will definitely use him again.we started losing hope when we could not find a a house in the city we wanted to live in for our budget. He went above and beyond to help us get what we want.

I appreciated Juan's patience and knowledge. As a first time buyer, I had so many questions such as how does is the offer submitted, what forms to use, etc. Juan was very patient and accommodating with my schedule. He is definitely a great ally to have when shopping for a home. Thank you for all your help I really appreciated it.

The first time I contacted Juan was on an add for a listed home, however due to finances I didn’t buy a home that year. He did however help me find an apartment and even though he didn’t make much of of that he was still very helpful. Since then (2 years after the apartment) I have recently purchased a home with his help. It was a hard process for me in this current market since my budget was on a lower end. But we finally found a home. He was there throughout the whole process to help with any questions I had. Many drives to many homes and no offers on my end, yet he continued to show me homes and never said no. Juan Zarate has been an amazing agent and I will continue to work with him in the near future when I am ready for another purchase or to sell. I recommend him to anyone in the IE.
