Judy has a degree in Business Administration with an major in accounting. Judy has also earned the real estate designations of CNE - Certified Negotiations Expert, and CRS - Certified Residential Specialist.
Judy has served in several responsible real estate positions including Treasurer on the Board of the Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR); President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary for the Howard County Million dollar Club, as well as a Life-time member; and is currently serving on the Howard County Grievance Committee at the Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR). Judy is also part of the ReMax Hall of Fame based upon her stellar production.

I wish I could give Judy Caton more than five stars. That's how great she was. I was moving from New York to be closer to my family, so I felt a bit overwhelned at first. But from Day 1, Judy expressed her professionalism. She was warm, kind, friendly and very patient. She kept me and my son in the loop for all the open houses until we found the right residence that fits me so well. I'm glad to have had the pleasure of working with Judy. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

When we first started looking for a new home in a 55+ community we were introduced to Judy Caton. We were aware that if we went with one of our credit union’s recommended realtors, we would save several thousand dollars. However, after getting to know Judy we ended up staying with her. She’s so very good about weeding out the houses which did not meet our requirements and not pressuring us in any way.
In addition, the market was so crazy that most properties were only up for sale a few days before they were under contract. She was able to find us a house that met all of our requirements, including cost, in a very short amount of time. Judy is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor and we highly recommend her — especially for someone looking to buy in one of the 55+ communities.

Judy is an exceptional realtor. We can’t recommend her highly enough. My husband and I have known her for almost 20 years, through three of our real estate transactions that she managed with expertise and skill.
Top dollar isn’t everything, but she certainly got that for us. In addition—and for us this was more important—she guided us through every step of the process each time with sound advice, no pressure and incredible responsiveness, despite the crazy life of a realtor. She offers you intelligent options and gives you all the background information you need to make wise choices.
For due diligence, Judy can’t be beat. And if you ever need hand-holding through the inevitable periods of stress and worry, Judy is better than a therapist, because not many therapists really “get” real estate.
