Karen grew up and worked in a Real Estate environment as both her parents were brokers who owned and operated a Real Estate Office. Upon graduation from Florida Southern College and University of Miami Law School and becoming an attorney, she managed the Real Estate Division of a large law firm and four years later transitioned into private practice and opening a Real Estate Title Agency. Karen remained in private practice for twenty plus years before selling her practice to relocate to North Carolina.
In North Carolina, she put her extensive Real Estate background to work, becoming a Realtor® and making her area of expertise the 55+ Community market. To further that end, Karen achieved her SRES®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. She likes to say, “I am young enough to embrace today's Real Estate Technology and old enough to communicate it to my senior clients.”
Karen has now relocated to the North Atlanta area in Georgia to be closer to her family where she will live in a 55+ community as she did in North Carolina, and she will continue focusing on the 55+ market. While she can and does list and sell in any market her seniors are near and dear to her.
When Karen is not working, she loves spending time with family and friends, baking, reading, golf, (she is learning), watching baseball – Go Braves, and enjoying her 2 miniature Schnauzers, Snitzel and Spritzel.
