She enjoys volunteering at local community events, schools, Church, and is actively involved with many children’s charities, including Christmas Ninjas. She is married to her best friend, Greg, and together they have two amazing daughters. When Katt is not working hard for her clients, she enjoys entertaining at their family home, reading, quilting, and traveling. My husband, Richard and I just moved from out of state. When we met with, Katt there was an instant connection. She's the sweetest, most personable and knowledgeable Realtor I have ever met. Katt is just top notch in communication skills and always gets back with us quickly and answers any questions we have in detail, which I love that about her. Katt is just a Rockstar in everything she does in her field and we just love her. That is why we referred her to our daughter and son in law moving here to Texas. We love her.

We were really picky and difficult clients, but Katt was patient with us and a wonderful agent to work with and a great lady. We bought our home and sold our home with Katt. Both transactions went super smooth and easy for us. In fact, forget the Real Estate part. She is just a great, great Realtor and a wonderful person in general. We love our new home and will be sharing her contact with everyone we know looking to buy or sell.

When I arrived in town, Katt picked me up and took me to see older homes I was interested in. We quickly decided that new construction was more what I wanted,. If you are thinking of buying a home from a developer or builder, you really need to take Katt with you. She was able to intercede on a number of items that came up. I highly recommend her. She took care of things for me that I couldn't do long distance and was great to work with.
